Personal Passport identity verification is available in person by prior appointment.

Requirements and procedure:
1. Have a valid Iranian national ID card or passport.
2. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Applicants aged 15–17 must attend with their legal guardian and the required identification documents.
3. Complete your personal details in WebMoney Passport and obtain a Formal Passport before applying.
4. Submit the Personal Passport request and pay the fee displayed by WebMoney through the official WebMoney Passport control panel. The currently listed fee is 50 WMZ.
5. Contact EFEX to book an appointment before visiting. Walk-in service is not guaranteed.
6. Attend the appointment in Tehran with the original identity document. The application form must be completed and signed in the registrar's presence.
7. Issuance is subject to WebMoney rules, document verification and the current status of the application in your WebMoney Passport account.
